Arsène T. LeBlanc, 76, of Belliveau Village, died Tuesday at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a brief illness.

Born in Belliveau Village, he was the son of the late Thomas and Zella (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. He attended Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation, Pré-d'En-Haut.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Normand Cormier (Diana) of Memramcook West and Mrs. Laurie Dupuis (Pauline) of Belliveau Village; four sisters, Mrs. Wilfred Landry (Anita) of New Hampshire, Mrs. Philicien Gautreau (Catherine) of Portsmith, N.H., and Mrs. Elma Landry (Adela) and Mrs. Raymond Cormier (Dorilla), both of Lynn, Mass.; a brother, Léonard of Moncton; four grandchildren, a greatgrandchild, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Elise Gautreau, in 1978.

The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. The funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 7 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
